General disclaimer

The information published on dannyachambers.com is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. While I make reasonable efforts to ensure it is accurate and current, I make no representations or warranties of any kind — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information, product, service, or related content on the Site.

Any reliance you place on information from this Site is strictly at your own risk.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes professional legal, financial, regulatory, security, or technical advice tailored to your specific circumstances. Content about agentic AI, automation, and related topics reflects my professional perspective and experience, but is not a substitute for independent expert advice relevant to your situation.

Before making business, technical, or investment decisions on the basis of anything you read here, you should seek appropriate qualified professional guidance.

AI and automated outputs — specific limitations

My work involves designing and building systems that use AI models and automation. I hold a “safety-first” philosophy, but AI outputs — including those from systems I build — are probabilistic in nature and can produce errors, hallucinations, or unexpected results.

The following specific limitations apply to any AI-related content or system descriptions on this Site:

  • No guarantee of output accuracy. AI-generated content, workflow descriptions, and agent behaviour examples are illustrative. Actual outputs in production will depend on model versions, data quality, prompt design, and runtime conditions.
  • Human oversight is required. AI agents are tools, not autonomous decision-makers. Any system I build is designed with human-in-the-loop checkpoints where appropriate; however, the client organisation remains responsible for reviewing and approving agent outputs before acting on them.
  • Regulatory landscape is evolving. AI regulation — including the EU AI Act and potential UK equivalents — is actively developing. Information on this Site reflects the position at the time of writing. You should monitor relevant regulatory developments for your sector.
  • Third-party models and services. AI systems typically rely on third-party model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). Their terms, capabilities, and data handling practices are outside my control. Relevant third-party documentation should always be reviewed as part of any deployment decision.

No client relationship

Visiting this Site, reading its content, or submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, engagement, or any form of duty of care between you and Danny A. Chambers. A formal client relationship only exists once a written agreement has been signed by both parties.

Third-party tools and references

References to third-party tools, platforms, frameworks, or services on this Site are for illustrative purposes and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of their suitability for your use case. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before adopting any tool or vendor.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Danny A. Chambers shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including without limitation indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits, or loss of data — arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site or any decisions made on the basis of information found here.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

This Disclaimer should be read alongside the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
